SERVICES AND SUPPORT
All Care and Nursing personell in England/Wales and Scotland are will be DRB Cheked BEFORE appointment. All Staff Nurses will be checked with the NMC for registration status prior to attending clients as required by UK law

Services carried out
- Help with the housework
-General cleaning
-Cleaning floors (not on hands and knees for health and safety reasons mop and bucket must be provided by client)

-Cooking
-Window Cleaning (inside only) for health and safety our staff are instructed to use safety ladders, Standing or chairs or tables is not allowed for the safery of our clients and staff,
- Personal Care
-Care Plan (Initial meet with client and Next of kin to discuss care needed and documented with permission) and kept in line with accordance to the data protection act 2010 and confidential. This can be called in to a court of law if needed, if a court requests the care plan then this is exempt from the data protection act.
You can also request to see your care plan by appointment to which is convenent to you and the member of our staff. This incurr a administation fee of 10.00p and also hourly rate of staff to be present if you have any questions.
This is your right to ask to see this when ever you want to and we must comply by UK Law.
Sensitive data can be obmitted if deemed detrimental to your healh and wellbeing and mental state at the current time of processing your request.

-NG tube feeding (if applicable) Will be trained staff not Care Assistant lower than band 2
-Percutaneous Feeding Tube feeds (If applicable) This will require trained staff. This will be recorded on paper time/date and feed given and signed for my administering nurse.
-Asperation (if needed) This must be carried out by a trained nurse.

-Changing drug exchange drips (if applicable) (This will require a registered nurse) who will document time/date and drip given and at what rate and sign for it.
-Oral and injectable medications Ie Insulin (Injections will require a registered nurse) Medications such as Morphine MUST Be Given by only trained staff, and recorded and signed for. The Care Managment will be monitoring controlled medications by means of paper records appropiatly and this paperwork if needed can be called in to a court of law at anytime weher it is magistrate/crown or coroner court.

- Outings (Day out- This wil be charged at 6hr rate of 9.00p Per hr if a registered Nurse is required then this is a flat rate of 150.00 Per day)

-Escort (ride) to Chapel/Church of faith
-Escort to Weddings, Baptism, Christenings and Funerals.

Other
-Help in finding a "handyman", which fix minor glitches
-Manucure ,hairdresser, Podiatry or beauty in the patient's home
-Escort to G.P/hospital/Dentsit if required. In England, Scotland and Wales, we can attend the appointment with the client but we must have written permission to attend from the client or next of kin. If written permission is not given, our staff MUST wait for the client in the designated wating area until appointment has ended.

Registerd Nurses Will NOT do household duties only clients that need NURSING procedures carried out.
The Care staff are responsible for all domestic work and basic care routines.

-* If required we can arrange for a Registered Nurse (RGN/SEN/RMN/RSCN) when appropiate. This will be at extra cost to you. Higher than the care fee applicable at the time of appointment.
You will be consulted before appointment regarding the fee.

Please NOTE: We can only act a Care/Nursing Agency in England Scotland and Wales. WE AS A COMPANY DO NOT PROVIDE STAFF DIRECTLY FROM US. WE WILL USE A LOCAL AGENCY/PERSONELL FROM YOUR AREA OF RESIDENCE.
